About Elaina Noell

Elaina Noell became an expert in workplace accountability by learning the neuroscience behind why old patterns are so hard to break, and how to fix them. 

She’s the founder and principal of Inspiring Accountability in the Workplace, a management strategy consulting firm utilizing neuroscience to empower leaders to design company cultures that increase employee engagement, productivity, and accountability.
